2. Two year projections on your new business (start ups only)
3. Three years complete personal (Federal) return (For each owner or partner of 20% or more)
4. Last three years tax (Federal) returns for existing company
5. Complete Business Plan
6. Last three years financial statements (balance sheets, operating stmts) Detail rents, depreciation, interest, and officer salaries
7. Last 90 days interim financial statement
8. Current debt service schedule listing purpose of each loan, original amount, current balance, original date, maturity date, monthly payment, rate of interest, and lender name
