We finance projects in communities with fewer than 50,000 people. Any project up to $30 million that improves economic stability, retaining or adding jobs qualifies. We’ve financed all types of projects, including acquistions, constructions, expansions, refinancing with the Rural Development program.
PROJECT TYPES
Projects types include movie theaters, medical facilities, charter schools, restaurants, hotels, and ethanol plants. We’ve even financed a rice plant in Texas and private prisons in Louisiana.
