Sheila began working for Stearns Bank in 2001. She brought to Stearns Bank eight years of payroll and administrative experience.
Her position began with processing payroll, benefit enrollment and other various duties. Today, she supervises the payroll/benefit enrollment function and plays a larger role in the Human Resources Department including recruitment, assisting with managing policies & procedures and fielding employee questions.
