VP/SBA Lending

Tom has 15 years of banking experience and is one of Stearns Bank’s lead small business lenders. In his current position, Tom works closely with franchisors in order to provide SBA 7a and 504 loans within their systems. In addition to portfolio development, his focus is on the structuring of transactions, credit underwriting, closing and servicing. Tom has contributed to an organization that has increased its SBA standings by 75% over the last four years.

Tom joined Stearns Bank in 1997 and has been a frequent speaker at many conferences on behalf of Stearns Bank’s small business division. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the SBA program helps simplify the loan process from start to finish. Stearns Bank ranks as one of the nation’s top SBA lenders and is an active nationwide franchise lender.
